Arnold Schwarzenegger Body Building

What equipment do i need to build muscles ?
i have 1 weight idk what they call ir anyway that’s the only thing i have can you tell me other thing so i can get a big body like Arnold Schwarzenegger also im 15 also there is something like stretchy wire or something red color
nice bluto your question helped me understand thing but can you tell me some equipments i need to do exercises like back muscles chest muscles, that would be great and you will get 10 points ty!
more than weights you need a PLAN.
i strongly suggest doing some research into building and bulking.
at this point ANY form of excercise will help you if you are a beginner. even bodyweight excercises done in a manner that is just the correct movement without weight or an alternate bodyweight moviement.
that should hold you for the few days it would take you to research it or get weights.
but keep this in mind. low rep high weight is not the ONLY way to increase stregth.
some people’s bodies respond better or equally well to doing a low-weight movement at an extremely elevated tempo for a large amount of reps. this is not just banging out high reps mind you- which is more of an endurance excercise. this would be done at extremely fast pace.
either way. find a good routine. for stregth, you will want to focus on full-body excercises designed to be efficient for building that muscle part for that day (so breaking up your routine and not doing a “full body” type of workout on each workout is your goal).
most importantly in order to “bulk” you need to eat to bulk too- but in the “beginner” stages, just focus on getting into a proper routine, your body will build initial muscle fairly easily. in the time it takes you to start your routine (figure for a month) you’ll have more than ample time to research and develop a proper eating routine to build so your’ll be ready by month 2.
ie:
legs-
one day with
deadlifts
lunges
bulgarian squats
step ups
the next
(upper body)
bent over rows
bench press
shoulder press
lat pulldowns
(something like that- depends on what you have available too)
EDIT:
focus on movements that are combination movements (they work more not less muscle groups). ideally the most effective would be the olympic lifts- however, DON’T do those since it will take you just as much (or more) time to learn to do the lift properly and get proper technique as it will to simply do other top notch compound excercises. (i only mention those cause you mentioned “ah-nold” and because many people who want to build stregth get stars in thier eyes as they start looking into lifts)
after an initial spurt- isolation movements, unless done with a specific purpose- are generally a waste of time and energy that could be spent on compound excercises.
deadlifts, squats, bench, rows, etc. and all variations are really the focus. curls (for example) will become a waste of time down the road.
